General Information and Disclosures – All Homes, Cabins, Suites, RV Sites, and Tent Sites are situated from .5 miles to 1.5 miles from the Frio River.  Our guests use the public access points in Concan as  entry and exit points from the Frio River.

Payments and Cancellations – If the date of your stay is more than 30 days in the future, you will be required to make a nonrefundable payment equal to 50% of the total stay.  The remaining 50% will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival as a nonrefundable payment unless other arrangements are made.  If your arrival date is less than 30 days from the date you call to reserve, a full nonrefundable payment is required. If you must cancel for any reason, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival to avoid being charged the remaining 50% of your stay.

How to reserve a Home, Cabin, or Suite – All cabins and homes rented by Andy’s on River Road may be booked online by clicking the Reservations tab at the top of the page.  An online calendar will appear where you can enter the dates you are interested in staying.  The prices are listed on the dates and unavailable dates are marked with a red X.  Click on the dates you are interested in staying and then click the green “Book” button.  You will be shown a total price for your stay and asked for pertinent information. Click “continue”, and enter your payment details.  A confirmation letter will be sent to the email address on file.  You may also call 830-232-5444 to reserve a home, cabin, or suite.  Weekly and Monthly rates available during the months of September through May, call for details.

How to reserve an RV or Tent Camping site – Tent Camping and RV sites must be booked over the phone at 830-232-5444.  The same rules apply to tent camping and RV sites as listed in the General Payments and Cancellations section above.  All RV Sites and Tent camping sites are located approximately ½ mile from the Frio River and do not have river access.  The three public access points located in Concan may be used to enjoy the Frio.  RV sites are $35/night year round.  Monthly rates available during the months of September through May.  Tent camping sites are approximately $8/night per person during the summer(call for details), and $5/night per person during the remainder of the year

Check In and Check Out Times:
Check In time is 4PM to 10PM.  Check Out time is 11AM.  If you will be arriving after 10PM please call 830-232-5444 and we will make arrangements.

Rules and Regulations – We make every effort to make sure that every guest of Andy’s on River Road has a great vacation.  In order to accommodate everyone, we require that you abide by the following rules:

1. No Profanity.
2. 5 MPH campground speed limit.
3. No loud music anytime.
4. No disturbances of any kind after 11PM
5. Maintain a clean site/cabin.  You will be charged a minimum of $50 if we have to clean up for you during and/or after your stay.  This includes trash in fire rings.
6. All tent and RV sites are responsible for disposal of their own trash. County trash disposal is located at the intersection in front of Andy’s on River Road daily from 10AM to 3PM for $1/bag.
7. No Firearms of ANY kind permitted on the grounds.
8. No Driving is permitted off of clearly marked roads.
9. Do not cut trees.
10. Pets must be pre-approved and may not be left unattended at any time. Excessive barking is a nuisance and you will be asked to leave if it persists.
11. No ATVs
12. No smoking in Homes, Cabins, or Suites.  Cigarette Butts are litter and you will be charged a minimum of $50 if we have to pick up your litter.
13. Must be 18 years old or older to make a reservation.
14. No loitering. 
15. Public Intoxication is grounds for immediate eviction and/or notification of authorities.
16. No fireworks.
17. No Generators.

If one guest makes a complaint against another, the issue will be dealt with on an individual basis.  It should be understood however that if one guest checks out early due to the actions of another guest, the offending party will be asked to leave as well.
