RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATIONS:
    By making a reservation with Andy's on River Road you have agreed to a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of your entire balance. If your reservation is cancelled any time on or before the 30th day prior to your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled with no additional charges. Exactly 30 days prior to your arrival your account and credit card will be charged a deposit in the amount of one half of your total balance. On the 30th day prior to your arrival when your credit card is charged, the amount charged is at that point non-refundable. At the 30 day point the remaining balance should equal 50% of your entire balance and may be paid on arrival with cash, check, or charge.
    Guests are responsible for the number of nights originally booked, and there are no refunds for inclement weather or any other natural occurrence. Between May 15th and September 15th there is a 3 night minimum stay on all cabins and suites.
    Andy's on River Road reserves the right to charge for any additional services required to return the property to the state it was in prior to arrival. Excess garbage, pet hair, broken furniture or fixtures, missing amenities, and damage to grass/property resulting from gross negligence are examples chargeable items.

CABIN INFO & POLICIES: Rate is $178 / night plus 12% hotel tax.  Children age 6 and under are free.  Cabins are 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1,120 square feet, and sleep up to 10.  As is customary in this area, linens are not provided.  You should bring sheets, towels, soap, etc.  Pets are not allowed without permission from management in advance, and must be on a leash at all times.  No smoking in suites. Each cabin has new serta plush top mattresses and free wireless Internet. There are 2 queens, 2 fulls, and a full size futon.

SUITE INFO & POLICIES: Rate is $139 / night plus 12% hotel tax.  Children age 6 and under are free.  Suites will accommodate a maximum of 8 people.  The suites include one bedroom with two beds, one full bath, full kitchen, and an open living/dining area. The living area has a set of bunk beds and a fold-out couch.  Each room has a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, kitchen sink, satellite TV, and small coffee pot.  As is customary in this area, linens are not provided.  You should bring sheets, towels, soap, etc.  There is an area for guests to barbecue downstairs from the rooms.  Pets are not allowed without permission from management in advance, and must be on a leash at all times.  No smoking in suites.

RV HOOKUP INFO: Rate is $35 / night plus tax based on 4 people.  RV sites offer 30Amp and 50Amp service as well as water and septic hookups.  There is no TV or phone service at this time.  The RV sites are pull-through sites that will accommodate any size vehicle.  There is limited shade at the present time with only small, newly planted trees.  Each site has a picnic table and grill.  Sites are located away from tent campers and other traffic.

POP-UP AND TENT CAMPING: Please refer to Campground Map for rates and site locations. Each numbered campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, grill, water, and electricity. The sites are situated one half mile from the Frio River, and we offer shuttle services and tube rentals at the store. All sites are within walking distance of the restroom facilities. A credit card or cash deposit is required with all campsite reservations, and a $50 cleaning fee will be charged for ANY additional cleaning that is necessary (cigarette butts, and bottle caps included). All trash should be bagged and placed in the areas provided upon departure.

GUEST RULES:
Our rules are to insure that Andy’s remains a safe and enjoyable family resort.  All guests are expected to abide by the rules as well as the rights of fellow guests.  The easiest way to understand the rules is to remember to leave the property in the same condition you found it, and don’t impact someone else’s vacation.  If you do those two things, everyone enjoying the Frio River will have a good vacation.

• No Littering – Trash cans and bags are provided.  If you need additional bags please let us know.  Any trash left in your camping area outside of a bag will cause you to lose your deposit and/or be charged $25/site for cleaning.
• No trash in fire rings.  If there is anything other than ash in the fire ring, you will lose your deposit and/or be charged $25/site for cleaning.
• No generators.
• No ATV’s
• No cutting of trees.  Wood and charcoal are available at the store.
• No fireworks.
• No firearms, including BB guns.
• No smoking in suites.
• Drive slowly in campgrounds.  Speed limit is 5 mph.  Negligence is grounds for immediate eviction.
• No driving permitted off of white dirt roadway.
• Pets cannot be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times.
• Loud music, loud noise, and profanity are strictly prohibited and strictly enforced.
• Public intoxication will lead to immediate eviction and notification of authorities.
• Must be 18 years old to make reservation.
• No loitering in front of store or in campgrounds after 11:00 p.m.
• Quite time is 11:00 p.m.

If one guest makes a complaint against another, the issue will be dealt with on an individual basis.  It should be understood however that if one guest checks out early due to the actions of another guest, the offending party will be asked to leave as well.
